Returns & Refunds policy

As our products are agricultural chemicals, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. Please read the following policy carefully:

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at refunds@vivacrop.in. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.

• We will reimburse you for the damaged or defective product no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

• In order for a damaged or defective product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

Goods Not Eligible for Return:

• The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, such as goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods which, after delivery, are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Returning Goods:

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
